About Us

The Tide was founded on a simple observation: complex medicine — peptides, hormones, metabolic care — deserves more than a rushed prescription or telemedicine mills. It deserves a dedicated clinical process built around each patient.

Why we built The Tide

American healthcare isn’t set up to help you feel better. It’s set up to treat you when you’re already sick, at a price you didn’t agree to, on a schedule someone else controls. The average appointment lasts twelve minutes. The average patient learns their lab results through a portal, without context. The average person paying for their own care watches deductibles rise every year while the actual medicine they can access shrinks.

There’s a shift happening. Patients are getting priced out of insurance-based care and choosing to pay directly for something better. They’re doing their own research. They’re asking harder questions. They’re refusing to accept “your labs look normal” when they clearly don’t feel normal. They want to understand what’s happening in their bodies, what the options are, and how to make real decisions about their own health.

We built The Tide for that shift. A clinic where peptides, hormone optimization, and metabolic care are handled with the depth and time they require. Where patients get comprehensive workups, not ten-minute prescriptions. Where the person prescribing your medication is the same person reviewing your labs, adjusting your protocol, and answering your questions. Where care is designed around outcomes, not billing codes.

Our priority is making sure you’re getting the right care, at the right time, with the guidance to actually make it work.
The Tide Team

The people behind the protocols.

Our medical team is small, deliberately. Every physician on staff has trained specifically, maintains active continuing education in the field, and personally manages a manageable patient panel.

Clinical philosophy, in five lines

  1. 01 Evidence comes first. Marketing comes last.
  2. 02 An educated patient is a good patient. We invest accordingly.
  3. 03 Conservative dose, structured cycling, ongoing measurement.
  4. 04 When we don’t know something, we say so.
  5. 05 If peptides aren’t the right answer, we say that too.
