Hormone & Peptides done the right way.

Low energy, stubborn weight, slow recovery, a drive that’s gone quiet — for men and women, these aren’t just “getting older.” They’re measurable, and they’re treatable.

Peptide protocols by goal

Targeted peptide therapy protocols for a specific goal.

Physician-designed, goal-matched peptide protocols — each built around what you’re actually trying to fix. Explore the compounds, or see the full lineup on our programs page.

Energy & Fatigue

Persistent fatigue that sleep and coffee don’t fix — with a dozen possible causes.

Metabolic & Weight

Sustained weight loss, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic markers that stop responding to diet and exercise alone.

Focus & Cognition

Brain fog, focus, stress resilience, and cognitive edge.

Skin, Hair & Tissue

Collagen synthesis, wound healing, hair density, and dermal health.

Strength & Performance

Lean mass retention, training capacity, and supporting healthy growth-hormone pulsatility.

Sexual Health & Libido

Desire, arousal, and blood flow not resolved by hormone optimization alone.

Immune & Gut

Chronic immune dysregulation, post-viral recovery, and gut barrier repair.

Recovery & Repair

Tendinopathy, post-surgical healing, slow-to-resolve soft-tissue injury, and gut-lining repair.

Longevity & Healthspan

Biomarker optimization, mitochondrial function, and sustained vitality with age.

Our care starts with a conversation — so does this page. Tap the one that sounds most like you lately.

Heard. Here’s what that can mean →

Fatigue is a symptom, not a personality.

Persistent exhaustion often traces to testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, or metabolic markers drifting out of your optimal — even when a standard panel calls them “normal.” It’s measurable. We measure it.

“Someone finally explained why I’ve felt this way for years.”
Heard. Here’s what that can mean →

Your metabolism changed. Your plan should too.

Clinician-managed GLP-1 programs — semaglutide, tirzepatide — with body-composition scans and muscle protection built in, so the weight you lose is the weight you meant to lose.

“Down 24 lbs and stronger than when I started.”
Heard. Here’s what that can mean →

Brain fog has biology behind it.

Hormones, sleep quality, inflammation, and cellular energy all show up as focus. Depending on your labs and your story, answers range from thyroid support to NAD+ to targeted peptides.

“The reveal visit was worth it alone.”
Heard. Here’s what that can mean →

Low desire is medicine, not embarrassment.

Libido and performance respond to hormones, peptides like PT-141, and honest clinical care — for men and women. No awkwardness. Just treatment.

“I didn’t realize how much it was affecting my marriage until it wasn’t a problem anymore.”
Heard. Here’s what that can mean →

Healing slows. Peptides can help it catch up.

For lingering injuries, run-down immunity, and skin that’s stopped bouncing back — protocols like BPC-157 and TB-500, prescribed in defined cycles with honest expectations.

“They told me honestly what BPC-157 could and couldn’t do for my elbow.”
Heard. Here’s what that can mean →

The best time to optimize is before something breaks.

A comprehensive baseline — body scan, 40+ biomarkers, and your story — tracked over time, so small drifts get corrected before they become diagnoses.

“My health, finally tracked — with a team behind it.”

What you leave with

“Your labs are normal” is not an answer.

A standard reference range says where the population sits — not where you feel best. You can be “in range” and still exhausted, soft, and flat.

Your reveal maps every marker against your optimal — and reads it next to your body scan and your story. One document that finally explains how you’ve been feeling, reviewed with your clinician. See our standards.

Comprehensive Consult

TWO VISITS · $349 · CREDITS TOWARD YOUR PROGRAM

Most clinics look at one number. We look at three factors — because two of them are just data, and the third is you.

FACTOR 01

Body scan

Muscle, body fat, visceral fat — measured today, tracked over time.

FACTOR 02

Blood work

40+ biomarkers — the objective biochemistry behind how you feel.

FACTOR 03

Your story

How you actually feel — even when the data looks “fine.”

✓ YOUR $349 INCLUDES THE 40+ BIOMARKER PANEL, THE BODY SCAN, AND BOTH VISITS — NO SURPRISE BILL AT THE DRAW

How it works

A real clinical process,
not a menu.

Your protocol is step three of six — not the finish line. A clinician stays involved at every step, because the program is what happens after the prescription.

01

Consultation

Targeted (~30 min) or comprehensive — your goals, history, and what you’ve already tried.

02

Scan & Labs

Body composition scan and blood drawn in-office — or at a LabCorp/Quest near you. Some peptide protocols skip this step.

03

Protocol

Your clinician compiles all three factors into your program — medication, dose, cycle, and rationale.

04

Dispense

Sourced from vetted, licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies.

Where most clinics stop
05

Monitor

Check-ins at 30, 60, 90 days. Labs and scans repeated where indicated.

Where we keep going
06

Adjust

Dose, cycle, or medication refined based on your response. Not set-and-forget.

Playing the long game

Nothing’s wrong. That’s exactly the point.

Some patients come to us feeling fine — and intending to stay that way for decades. The Longevity Protocol builds your baseline (scan, 40+ biomarkers, story), then tracks it over years, correcting small drifts before they become diagnoses.

Our lines

What we refuse to do.

The internet will sell you peptides. We practice medicine — and that means having lines.

Nº 01

Prescribe without a conversation.

Whether your consult takes 30 minutes or two visits, a clinician talks with you before anything is prescribed. No checkout forms, no algorithms.

Nº 02

Promise what the evidence can’t.

We’ll tell you what a peptide can do, what it can’t, and when the honest answer is “not this.”

Nº 03

Keep you on something that isn’t working.

Protocols are living documents. If your 60-day results don’t justify it, we change course.

Nº 04

Treat your labs without your story.

“In range” is not the same as “at your best.” We treat people, not lab values.

Before you book

Questions everyone asks.

More in our full FAQ.

How much does it cost?

A Targeted Peptide Consult is $149; a Comprehensive Consult is $349 — including the 40+ biomarker panel, body scan, and both visits. Both consult fees credit $149 toward your program, and ongoing programs run start from $149/month. Many expenses are HSA/FSA-eligible.

How soon can I get in — and when will I feel a difference?

Most new patients are seen within withing a few days. Timelines vary by treatment: some patients notice changes within weeks, while hormone optimization is typically dialed in over your first 30-60–90 days. Your clinician sets honest expectations for your specific protocol at your consult.

Do I need lab work first?

It depends on your path. The Comprehensive Consult includes a 40+ biomarker panel plus a body composition scan, drawn right in our office. Many targeted peptide protocols can begin after a consult without labs. Your clinician will tell you exactly what your plan requires.

What about side effects — and what if I’m already on medication?

Every consult includes a full medication and history review, and every protocol comes with a clear discussion of risks, side effects, and interactions before you start. That review is exactly why we don’t prescribe from checkout forms.

Is this covered by insurance?

Most programs are cash-pay because compounded and off-label medications aren’t insured. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds.

Do I have to come in person?

The Comprehensive Consult includes an in-clinic body scan and blood draw at our office adjacent to the Texas Medical Center (LabCorp/Quest draws available if that’s easier). Targeted consults and most follow-ups can happen by video or phone for Texas patients. See location & hours.
